Our Story
For over 30 years, Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives Inc has been dedicated to reinvesting in Portland’s neighborhoods. Originally established to assist families swindled out of their homes, PCRI has evolved to address ongoing community challenges while maintaining a stable presence in the area.
Impact
PCRI owns more than 700 units of affordable rental housing, primarily in the north and northeast communities of Portland, providing families with stability and reducing the worry of displacement.
