About Orchestra Nova Northwest

Founded in 1982 as the Palatine Hills Symphony, Orchestra Nova Northwest has evolved into a cornerstone of the arts scene in Multnomah County. With over sixty talented musicians, the orchestra presents concerts that are designed to be welcoming and accessible to audiences across Multnomah and Washington Counties in Northwest Oregon. Under the leadership of Music Director Steven Byess since 2014, the orchestra has gained a reputation for its inclusive programming and masterful performances of classical music.
