Portland Christian Network Services, formerly known as North Portland Bible College, was established in 1982 to provide essential Biblical studies and ministry training. This organization is dedicated to serving the North/Northeast Portland community and its churches, fostering relationships and equipping Christian leaders for impactful ministries.
