In 2011, Bob and Sandy Martin embarked on a mission trip to Honduras with the MAMA project, igniting a passion for helping the local community. After completing an orphanage in 2013, they founded 'Why Not You Ministry' to continue their work in San Antonio de Cortez. In 2016, they expanded their mission by building a dormitory in Providencia, and on January 1, 2022, leadership transitioned to Justin T Hollinger, who now leads Por Qué No Tú.
Through the Sponsorship program, Por Qué No Tú is discipling the next generation, providing essential school supplies and uniforms to underprivileged children, and addressing both their physical and spiritual needs.
