Our Story

HANDS is a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on enhancing neighborhoods by developing and managing quality affordable housing. With a holistic approach, it coordinates educational and supportive services to uplift families and ensure a safe community for seniors.

Impact

Over the years, HANDS has successfully produced more than 1,100 units of affordable housing across nine counties in Northwestern Pennsylvania, significantly improving living conditions for low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
