Our Story

Founded in 2015 by Casper Caldarola, Pollyanna Inc. is dedicated to fostering stronger and kinder communities through inclusivity and diversity initiatives. Collaborating with academic institutions, nonprofits, and corporations, Pollyanna works tirelessly to achieve inclusion goals through conferences, workshops, assessments, and curricula.

Impact

Since its inception, Pollyanna has engaged over 20,000 attendees at conferences, facilitated 12,000 downloads of its K-12 Racial Literacy Curriculum, and conducted 2,100 workshops for educators and community members, making a significant impact in promoting inclusivity and diversity.
