The Police Athletic League of Kansas City (PAL) is dedicated to providing a brighter future for underprivileged youth through organized sports and recreational activities. By fostering teamwork, self-motivation, and leadership skills, PAL serves over 70 children daily, ensuring they have access to meals, clothing, and educational support.
In 2022, PAL made a significant impact with 11,785 daily contacts with youth, providing over 13,000 meals and facilitating more than 6,000 interventions to help children develop self-regulation and coping skills. The organization also distributed 350 backpacks filled with school supplies and over 8,000 lbs. of clothing to families in need.
