The Point San Pedro Road Coalition was established in 1999 to advocate for the residents and neighborhood associations along the Point San Pedro Road corridor in east San Rafael, California. Initially focused on environmental concerns related to the San Rafael Rock Quarry, the Coalition has broadened its mission to encompass advocacy and education on various community issues.
