Our Story

The Podunk Bluegrass Festival was founded in the winter of 1995–96 by East Hartford's then Mayor Robert DeCrescenzo, alongside recording studio owner Mike Hayden and musician Kevin Lynch. This festival has evolved from its humble beginnings in East Hartford to its vibrant current location in Goshen, Connecticut, bringing together bluegrass enthusiasts and fostering a love for music.
