Our Story

Playing For Others began in 2006 as a volunteer initiative aimed at teaching teens to harness their passions for the greater good. Under the guidance of Jen Band, a group of teens produced the musical 'You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown' to raise funds for LifeSpan, a local nonprofit. This successful project blossomed into a 10-month program that combines leadership training, the arts, and community service, impacting over 400 teens and 200 children with disabilities.

Impact

PFO has positively influenced the lives of more than 400 teens and 200 children with disabilities, fostering a culture of compassion and leadership.
