Our Story

In 1983, Reverend Doctor Tom Graves and a local landowner identified a pressing need for low-income senior housing in Plano, Texas. With the guidance of Don Learner and support from the Ministerial Alliance, Plano Community Homes was established, securing funding through a HUD program. Over the years, the organization has expanded its services and facilities to meet the growing demand for affordable housing for seniors and veterans.
