Our Story

In 1983, Reverend Doctor Tom Graves and a local landowner recognized the urgent need for low-income senior housing in Plano, Texas. With the guidance of Don Learner and support from the Ministerial Alliance, Plano Community Homes was established. Over the years, this organization has developed multiple properties, responding to the growing demand for affordable housing for seniors and veterans.

For over 30 years, Plano Community Homes has significantly improved the quality of life for low-income seniors and veterans through HUD-subsidized housing and essential services.
