Our Story

Founded in 1983 by Reverend Doctor Tom Graves, Plano Community Homes emerged from a grassroots effort to address the urgent need for low-income senior housing in Plano, Texas. Over the years, this organization has developed multiple HUD-subsidized housing complexes, providing safe and affordable living options for seniors, veterans, and disabled individuals.

Impact

For over 30 years, Plano Community Homes has significantly enhanced the quality of life for its residents. With 468 HUD-subsidized apartments, the organization has implemented essential services, including wellness checks and transportation, benefiting over 500 residents.
