Our Story

Founded in May 1994, the Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of Arizona was established by a group of dedicated parents concerned about the future of their children with disabilities. These families recognized the limitations of the public health system and sought to create a supportive community that would ensure their loved ones receive the care they deserve. The question, "Who will care when I am not there?" sparked the creation of PLAN of Arizona.
