Our Story

The Plainville Community Food Pantry began in the late 1960s under the Plainville Human Relations Council and was officially established in 1972. Initially operating from the Plainville Congregational Church, it served a small number of families. Over the years, it expanded its reach and services, including the introduction of various programs to assist families in need.
