Pittsburgh Region Clean Cities (PRCC) is a dedicated non-profit organization established in 1996, recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy. Focused on Western Pennsylvania, PRCC builds and supports the infrastructure necessary for a robust alternative fuel and vehicle market.
Through its initiatives, PRCC has successfully reduced over 12 million gallons of gasoline equivalent and supported more than 200 clean fleets. The organization has also played a crucial role in decreasing greenhouse gas emissions by over 83,000 tons, facilitating the adoption of alternative fuel vehicles and establishing numerous clean fuel stations across the state.
