Pinky Swear Foundation

Our Story

Pinky Swear Foundation was founded in 2003 by Mitch Chepokas, who, before passing away from bone cancer at the age of nine, made a promise to his father to help kids with cancer. Mitch's selfless act of withdrawing his savings to support other children in the hospital inspired the foundation's mission to provide financial and emotional support to families facing childhood cancer.

Impact

In 2023, Pinky Swear Foundation supported 2,835 families, delivering 2,294 Orange Envelopes and 942 All-Star Fund payments, along with serving 6,900 pantry recipients. The foundation's programs are designed to provide immediate financial assistance to families dealing with the challenges of childhood cancer.
