PINK PHURREE, Texas' first all-women and cancer survivor dragon boat team, was founded in 2007 by Frances Arzu'. This unique organization serves as an unconventional cancer support group, using the sport of dragon boat paddling to promote active survivorship both on and off the water.
PINK PHURREE is dedicated to cancer survivorship and is recognized in both the cancer and international dragon boat communities for its efforts. The organization empowers cancer survivors to live purposefully and engage in community activities.
