Our Story

PHOENIX Rising Transitions was founded by Harry R. Olsen, who turned his personal experience of incarceration into a powerful movement for change. Since 2001, this community-based nonprofit has been dedicated to supporting individuals in Oregon prisons, focusing on their successful transition back into society.
