Established in 2008, Phoenix Pass is the first supportive housing program in Rockdale County, Georgia. Since completing its first apartment complex in 2010, the organization has expanded its services to support 15 mothers and 32 children, providing a safe, rent-free environment for families experiencing homelessness.
