Founded on October 14, 1972, the Philippine Nurses Association of Michigan (PNAM) emerged to support H1-Visa nurses facing challenges in their professional journey. Initially a subchapter of the Philippine Nurses Association in Manila, PNAM became an autonomous organization in 1974, dedicated to fostering excellence in nursing. With a commitment to shared responsibility and collaboration, PNAM has transformed challenges into opportunities, becoming a vital resource for Filipino-American nurses in Michigan.
