P.E.T.S. Low-Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic was founded by Leslie Harrelson in response to the urgent need for solutions to pet overpopulation. After hosting a free spay and neuter clinic in 2006, the organization established a permanent clinic in 2007, significantly expanding its reach and services.
