Pets Lifeline

Our Story

Before 1982, the Sonoma community faced a dire need for animal welfare services. A group of passionate animal lovers came together to establish Pets Lifeline, a local organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming stray and abandoned animals. In 1987, the organization secured its current property and built a shelter that has evolved over the years to better serve the needs of the community.

Impact

With a mission to find forever homes for stray and homeless cats and dogs, Pets Lifeline has successfully adopted over 15,000 animals. The shelter also offers essential programs, including a low-cost spay/neuter clinic and dog training classes, making a significant impact in Sonoma Valley.
