In 2013, PetFix expanded its reach by opening a stationary clinic in Euclid, following the success of its mobile clinic. This strategic move allowed for increased capacity and accessibility, ensuring that more pets receive the care they need. The organization continues to adapt and grow, recently transitioning to a full-time transport program to better serve underserved areas.

In 2023, PetFix achieved a remarkable milestone by performing 10,900 spay/neuter surgeries, the highest number in its history. Each surgery prevents an average of six unwanted births, showcasing the vital role PetFix plays in controlling the pet population and reducing the strain on local shelters.
