Our Story
The Peter Pan Foundation was founded in 2007 by Leslie Noel Hansen in memory of Steffen Ryge, a talented young man whose passion for music inspired a musical benefit show for Children's Hospital Oakland. Following Steffen's tragic passing, Leslie dedicated her efforts to helping children discover their inner talents and confidence through music and theater, while also engaging in philanthropy.
Impact
Since its inception, the Peter Pan Foundation has raised over $200,000 for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, granted over 100 wishes, and performed for thousands of patients and audience members, enriching lives through the power of music and theater.
