Our Story

Founded in November 2010 by Dr. Robin Jean Bruck and Mark Reeder, the Personal Responsibility Organization (proYOU) began with the IDENTITY Workshop Series, focusing on self-trust and personal empowerment. The program quickly gained traction in Manchester, NH, leading to the development of a Graduate Identity Workshop and a Kids Identity Workshop for children aged 6-12. In 2015, Andrea Paquette joined the team, introducing the Identity Parenting Workshop to equip parents with tools to nurture their children's self-confidence. By 2017, proYOU transformed into a 501c3 nonprofit, enabling the organization to offer scholarships and accept donations, with a clear vision to empower as many individuals as possible.

Impact

In 2017 alone, proYOU served 473 individuals, including 119 kids, 40 teens, and 314 adults, through transformative workshops and programs designed to foster self-reliance and personal responsibility.
