Our Story
In September 1959, Odessa's vibrant oil town welcomed a new school, Permian High School, which quickly became a beacon of excellence. With a commitment to high standards, the school fostered a culture of achievement across academics, athletics, and the arts. The nickname “MOJO,” representing the magic of hard work and dedication, became synonymous with the school. Over the decades, the Permian High School Choir has gained recognition through performances at state, regional, and national events, showcasing the talent and passion of its students.
