To relieve the Greater Rochester Area Branch-American Association of University Women GRAB-AAUW of the responsibility to manage, rent, and maintain the Perkins Mansion for the furtherance of charitable activities and service to the Greater Rochester Area, allowing the branch to focus on the community.
