Founded in 1983 by renowned choreographer Igal Perry, Peridance Contemporary Dance Company (PCDC) has been a vital force in the dance community. With a commitment to creative collaboration and social engagement, PCDC made its New York City debut in 1985 and has since performed at prestigious venues, showcasing innovative performances and commissioning new works.
PCDC has positively impacted over 48,000 audience members through domestic and international tours. Its outreach program, DanceBreak, has served over 1,000 NYC public school students since 2016, providing essential access to dance education and performances.
