Our Story

Founded in 1880, Peralta Elementary School has a long-standing tradition of community involvement and educational innovation. The Peralta Parent Teacher Group (PPTG) was established in 1982 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to support the school independently of the formal PTA.

Impact

The PPTG plays a crucial role in enriching the educational experience at Peralta Elementary by funding essential programs such as music, sports, arts, and classroom aides, which are not fully supported by the district.
