Pepper's Pals Cat Rescue, named in memory of a beloved cat, is dedicated to rescuing domestic cats in need. Located in downtown Broad Ripple, Indianapolis, this 501(c)3 nonprofit organization works tirelessly to pull cats and kittens from kill shelters, cruelty cases, and the streets of Indiana.
