Since 1987, the Peoria Education Foundation has been dedicated to enhancing the educational experience for students in the Peoria Unified School District. By providing grants to teachers and scholarships to students, the Foundation plays a crucial role in fostering academic excellence. Funded through community donations and fundraising events, the Foundation also established an Emergency Needs Fund to address urgent student needs.

In the past year, the Foundation awarded $50,000 in scholarships to 28 high school seniors and provided numerous grants to teachers, significantly enhancing the learning environment.
