The People’s Harm Reduction Alliance (PHRA) is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering drug users in the Pacific Northwest. Since 2007, PHRA has provided essential harm reduction and health services, supporting individuals on their unique paths to stability and wellbeing. By prioritizing the voices of drug users, PHRA fosters a compassionate environment that humanizes and respects those who use drugs.
