Our Story

Established in 1987, People of Color Against AIDS Network (POCAAN) is a multicultural agency dedicated to serving marginalized communities in Seattle and greater King County. With a focus on HIV/AIDS prevention, POCAAN has expanded its mission to address related issues such as substance abuse, incarceration, homelessness, and health disparities.
