Our Story

Chain Reaction is a local Teen Leadership Institute founded in 2003, dedicated to empowering teenagers through service and leadership experiences. Operating in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties, it engages members from 17 different high schools, providing a platform for teens to discover their talents and build self-confidence.

Impact

Chain Reaction empowers teens to learn through service, helping them develop critical life skills and become leaders in their communities. The program fosters teamwork, self-belief, and a commitment to community service, resulting in positive changes in the lives of both the participants and those they serve.
