Since its inception in 2007, PHAN has united healthcare consumers and community organizations to advocate for improved healthcare access across the state.

Over the past five years, PHAN has successfully enrolled over 9,500 Pennsylvanians in healthcare coverage and has addressed tens of thousands of inquiries through its toll-free health insurance helpline.
