Unlike traditional funding sources, PATF allows individuals to apply for loans without exhausting all other funding options first. This approach empowers individuals and their families to make informed decisions about their assistive technology needs.

Since its inception, PATF has extended over $51 million in loans to more than 5,068 individuals, positively impacting over 16,431 people through vital information and assistance services. This support enables Pennsylvanians to work, engage in their communities, and live independently.
