Our Story

Peer Coach Academy Colorado Inc, known as Embark PCA, has been a beacon of hope since 2015, providing essential recovery coach training through mentorship from CCAR. Founded by Rod Rushing, a CCAR Core Trainer since 2017, Embark PCA has expanded its reach across Colorado, including offices in downtown Colorado Springs and Five Points, Denver. In 2022, the organization embraced a new mission by offering transitional homes for individuals facing serious mental illness, reflecting a commitment to collaboration and service.

Our Impact

Every year, over 15,000 individuals in Colorado transition from substance use disorder treatment. Embark PCA is dedicated to supporting their ongoing recovery through comprehensive training, advocacy, and innovative leadership programs.
