Our Story

Pedal for Alzheimer’s, Ltd. is a dedicated non-profit organization that organizes cycling events to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer’s disease. Co-founded in 2017 by Josh Crisp and Michelle Brooke-Marciniak, the organization honors the legacy of the late University of Tennessee women’s basketball coach Pat Summitt, who bravely battled Alzheimer’s until her passing in 2016. By extending Summitt’s platform, Pedal for Alzheimer’s aims to support The Pat Summitt Foundation and The Pat Summitt Alzheimer’s Clinic at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.

Impact

Through engaging cycling events, Pedal for Alzheimer’s is committed to ensuring that a significant portion of the funds raised goes directly to Alzheimer’s research and support for those affected by the disease.
