Founded in 2017, PEARLS Foundation emerged from a dedicated group of volunteers aiming to uplift teens in foster care. The foundation has since expanded its reach to support young men in the EAGLES Court restorative program, ensuring a brighter future for all participants.
In the 2021-23 school year, 134 teens participated in PEARLS and EAGLES Courts, achieving a remarkable 100% graduation rate among eligible youth. Additionally, 90% were promoted to the next grade level, showcasing the effectiveness of the programs.
