Our Story
The Peace Center for Forgiveness and Reconciliation (PCFR) was founded in 2014 by Kizito D. Kalima, a survivor of the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsis in Rwanda. This organization was born from a personal journey of transformation, where anger and a desire for revenge evolved into a commitment to peace and healing. PCFR is dedicated to helping individuals who have experienced violence and trauma find solace through forgiveness and community-driven reconciliation.
