Pawsible

Our Story

Pawsible Incorporated was founded in March 2019 by Vanessa Barker and Cate Law, who were inspired while serving as puppy raisers for the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind. While studying at the University of Maryland, they recognized the financial struggles faced by fellow student puppy raisers. This led to the creation of Pawsible as a project within Terps Raising Pups, aimed at providing essential support to those in need.

Our Impact

Since its inception, Pawsible has dispersed over $1,393.84 in financial assistance, directly benefiting more than 17 puppies and their dedicated raisers. With 13 chapters across nine states, the organization has significantly expanded its reach, providing crucial support to volunteer puppy raisers of various assistance dog organizations.
