Our Story

Since its formation in early 2013, PAWS Rescue has dedicated itself to saving thousands of cats and dogs throughout Idaho from neglect, abuse, and death. This organization rescues all breeds of cats and dogs, including those who have been hit by cars, shot, abandoned, or neglected. Each animal is placed in loving foster homes or transferred to partner facilities that do not practice euthanasia. Every rescued animal undergoes a thorough veterinary evaluation, receiving spay/neuter procedures, vaccines, and any necessary medical treatment. PAWS Rescue works tirelessly to respond to every call for help, giving these deserving animals a second chance at a happy life.
