The Community at Brookmeade
EIN: 87-0926955 · Rhinebeck, NY
Our Story
The Community at Brookmeade has a rich history dating back to 1869, when it was founded in Brooklyn, New York, by two dedicated members of a Baptist church. As the original location became less suitable, a new home was established in Rhinebeck in 1977, on a beautiful 75-acre property. This organization is devoted to providing compassionate care and quality services to seniors, regardless of their faith backgrounds.
Impact
Currently, The Community at Brookmeade serves around 200 residents, offering independent living, assisted living, and specialized rehabilitation care. Programs tailored for those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia significantly enhance their quality of life.
