Our Story

Founded in 2017 by Kim Christensen, Pathways to Employment Corporation was born from a mother's vision for her daughter, Brynne, who has special needs. Unable to find suitable programs, Kim gathered like-minded parents and professionals to create a community dedicated to ensuring that all individuals, regardless of disability, can find meaningful employment. Located in Fair Oaks, CA, this organization is committed to improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities through tailored employment skills training.

Our Impact

Pathways to Employment has successfully placed numerous clients in fulfilling work positions across Northern California. Through direct interaction, community members learn to see our young adults beyond their disabilities. Clients gain essential skills such as improved confidence, social interaction, independence, and a sense of purpose that comes from meaningful employment.
