Our Story

Established in 1973 as the Rape Crisis Program of Worcester, Pathways For Change, Inc. has evolved to meet the needs of survivors of sexual violence. Originally incorporated in 1981, the organization has expanded its services and changed its name to reflect its broader mission. In 1993, it became The Rape Crisis Center of Central Massachusetts, and in 2011, it was renamed Pathways For Change, Inc. to emphasize its commitment to community involvement and comprehensive services.
