Since 1895, Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services has been dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs. With over 140 licensed community residential homes across western and central Pennsylvania, PMHFOS provides a supportive environment through qualified Direct Support Professionals.
