Since 1895, Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services has been dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs. Located in western and central Pennsylvania, the organization provides a continuum of tailored supports to ensure quality care and support.

PMHFOS operates over 140 licensed community residential homes, offering supportive environments through qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are committed to enhancing the lives of those they serve.
