About Pasadena Altadena Coalition of Transformative Leaders

Founded in December 2006, the Pasadena Altadena Coalition of Transformative Leaders (PACTL) emerged from a series of workshops sponsored by the Flintridge Foundation. Under the guidance of Yoland Trevino, Principal of Transformative Collaborations International, participants learned the Appreciative Inquiry Approach, fostering improved dynamics within groups and organizations. The Coalition has since evolved into a vital community resource, actively engaging with schools, families, and local authorities to bridge gaps and enhance community services.
