Our Story

Founded in May 1994, Partnership for the Future was inspired by Cedric Jennings, a student who overcame barriers to attend an Ivy League university. Located in Richmond, Virginia, this organization is dedicated to helping youth with potential but limited resources succeed in college and the workforce. By providing access to new environments, relationships, and opportunities, PFF has supported over 1,000 students on their educational journeys.

Impact

Partnership for the Future has achieved remarkable results, with 100% of program completers enrolling in college and 77% graduating within six years. The Class of 2024 alone earned nearly $18 million in scholarships, showcasing the program's effectiveness in breaking the cycle of poverty through education.
